  Place is a few years old now and obviously owners lost interest in keeping standards up, looks like not a $ has been spent there since they were built.

  Great views well presented villa very relaxing. .. the only thing it needs is an option for wi-fi because the phone signal is none existent

  1/ Cleaning - not that hard to do.. White tiles in bathroom with mouldy grout, come on, hair still in shower/bath and on floor, Corrosion/scum on taps and shower head.
